Lara Reinecke, a massage therapist, counselor and coach, has a Master's Degree in Social Work, graduating with honors from the University of Wyoming. She brings a rare blend of clinical insight, intuitive wisdom and embodied presence to her healing work. She has nine years of experience conducting clinical psychotherapy for individuals and children, thirteen years of experience facilitating massage and seven years of experience providing life coaching for women on femininity and emotional wellness. Lara offers an integrative, grounded approach to emotional wellness, feminine embodiment and nervous system repair. When time and circumstances allow, Lara does pro-bono spiritual mentoring for youth in the community.
